The Old Masters Picture Gallery in Dresden is one of the world's most renowned collections of paintings from the 15th to 18th centuries.

About the project

A total of around 750 masterpieces are on display. The centre of gravity of the museum is Italian Renaissance factories as well as paintings by Dutch and Flemish painters of the 17th century and outstanding paintings of Old German and Old Dutch origin. The Picture Gallery is part of the Dresden State Art Collections. It is located in the Zwinger's Semper Gallery. Some of the doors we were asked to supply were very high and had to meet requirements for burglar resistance. Compliance with the design and functional specifications was achieved through appropriate door constructions.
