Would you like to send us information about a grievance or a violation of our Code of Conduct?

We offer our employees, customers and suppliers as well as all third parties who have obtained information about possible violations in connection with Arbonia or a company of the Group the opportunity to make a report to us.

You can send us your report using the form* on this page or by post to the address given on this page. The identity of the person making the report and of the persons who are the subject of the report or otherwise named in the report will be treated confidentially.

* The purpose of this form is not to send us reports in connection with orders, products, etc.; the relevant contact persons will be happy to help you with this.

 

Rules of procedure for the complaints and reporting system

Please indicate where the incident occurred, e.g. country, location, company/contractor involved. Does the incident re a Arbonia company or a third party company, a supplier or another party within the supply chain?
Please describe the facts of the case. If possible, please provide details such as date, type of incident, names, etc:
Do the facts you are describing re one or more of the following category:
Did you personally witness the incident (or part of it)?
Are you personally a victim of the abuse you have reported?
Are the health or safety of you or other persons at acute risk?
If you provide your contact details, you will receive confirmation that we have maintained your report within seven days.
