Surprisingly, the key to efficient and convenient administration of residential complexes is not a key, but a digital tool. Digital key management - advantages for the housing industry
A key always requires a physical presence - for handovers, for tradesmen, in the event of an exchange or loss. Digital access management eliminates the need for staff to be physically present. For apartment doors, KIWI offers solutions such as the KIWI lockhandle, which locks automatically and can be opened from the inside at any time, and the KIWI knob, which completely dispenses with physical keys and is operated digitally via transponder or app.
Cellar door
Cellar doors and technical rooms can also be equipped with KIWI technology to heighten security and convenience.
Barriers and garages
Barriers and garages can be controlled digitally with KIWI Smart Entry, giving tenants seamless access to the underground garage.
