About the project

The new Römer Areal also adds a special touch to the Andernach skyline. There are new rental flats in two of the three towers and the Einstein Hotel has been built on five floors in the eastern of the three towers, with very special highlights: The Rheinblick panorama lounge with bistro and sky bar and glazing outdoor lift. In addition, sculptures by contemporary artists vie for the viewer's favour in the adjoining inner courtyard and in the park-like outdoor areas. PRÜM supplied the interior doors with a purist CPL chequered look and new premium edge for this unique building project.
