Surprisingly, the key to efficient and convenient management of residential complexes is not a key, but a digital tool. With KIWI Smart Entry, building entrance doors can be invisibly refitted from the outside, making processes more efficient and heightening convenience for residents.

For apartment doors, KIWI offers solutions such as the KIWI lockhandle, which locks automatically and can be opened from the inside at any time, and the KIWI knob, which completely dispenses with physical keys and is operated digitally via transponder or app.
Cellar door
Cellar doors and technical rooms can also be equipped with KIWI technology to heighten security and convenience.
Barriers and garages
Barriers and garages can be controlled digitally with KIWI Smart Entry, giving tenants seamless access to the underground garage.

The KIWI Safe is a digital key safe that is installed in the hallway and securely stores important physical keys.
