The affordable housing has been used by over 400 employees of Zurich University Hospital (USZ) and students since summer 2018.

Despite all the necessary standardization, the architects found and used the open spaces that set the development apart from the average.

The ForasS doors are anything but average, with their colorful door panels contributing to the cheerful atmosphere in the arcades of the building complex.
