Smoke, sound and radiation protection, burglary and bullet resistance - F30 - F60 - F90
As a joinery company and door manufacturer, we produce doors according to customer requirements. Special requirements are the rule. In addition to the important property of "fire protection", numerous other performance characteristics play an important role. In some cases, the requirements for doors are specified by building regulations or they correspond to the wishes or protection needs of the user. Combinations of fire, smoke or sound protection, burglar resistance or bullet resistance are not uncommon. Of course, the doors can also be equipped to be barrier-free.
More than open and close ...
The standard hinged doors in single or double-leaf design can be combined with side panels and top panels. We are flexible in terms of size - the tallest door was 460 cm high.
For many doors, automation plays a major role - for other doors, it is primarily a question of monument protection. As varied as the customer's wishes or the building regulations are, as individual are the doors that leave our factory.
Our interior doors range from doors without requirements (often referred to as T0 doors) to T30, T60 and T90 elements or, in the area of burglary protection, from resistance class RC1 to RC4. Sound insulation goes up to sound insulation class 4 (Rw=47 dB).
In addition to hinged doors, we also manufacture sliding fire doors.
Not possible - sometimes it happens!
If there is no ready-made proof of the desired building element, we know the possibilities under building law to prove the usability of elements nevertheless. For example, applying for "approval in individual cases" is a common way of being allowed to use these special elements in accordance with the applicable building regulations - although there are limits here too.
