After many years in the cantonal hospital, the Rheumaliga Schaffhausen has moved its hot water baths to the former steel foundry. When it opens in the year 2023, the region will have a modern therapy bath. The new location looks back on a lengthy industrial tradition: steel was produced on the site from 1828 to 1990. Today, the area is used for residential, commercial and service purposes as part of the "Stahlgiesserei" site development.

The therapy bath project offered us the opportunity to realise customised solutions for complex requirements. Interior doors, fire protection and escape route doors as well as heat and climate protection doors were used, all of which we were able to realise with an Orsopal coating.

Why Orsopal? Orsopal is a high-quality cast resin coating that is applied in liquid form and completely encapsulates the door. Its properties are particularly impressive in the bathroom area: water and moisture resistant, germ and bacteria inhibiting, splice and scratch resistant, individual paint clay design, available in RAL and NCS paint clays.
