The Steigenberger Airport Hotel Frankfurt combines modern hospitality with an ideal location at the airport and a generous number of rooms: with hundreds of rooms, numerous conference rooms and comprehensive facilities, it is a hub for business travellers and event guests - a property where function, comfort and security go hand in hand.

Customised doors with high-end special features

For the Steigenberger Airport Hotel, we supplied and installed over 750 doors to exacting specifications. The order included fire doors and smoke protection doors, as well as doors with integrated sound insulation (sound insulation up to Rw,P = 45 dB).

In addition, we produced bespoke elements to meet specific requirements: doors with automatic door operators, stainless steel fittings, flush-mounted aluminium glazing beads, automatic swing doors, and special finishes — such as real wood laminate and customised lacquering. With this breadth of choice and technical versatility, our door solutions play a key role in ensuring that the hotel meets high standards in terms of security, comfort and design.
