The Knieper Nord district is located in the north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, which is also known as the gateway to the island of Rügen due to its location.

About the project

The district, named after the Knep family from the 14th century, which also belongs to the Stralsund lido with a fine sandy city beach, is part of an urban expansion from the 1960s and today offers a colorful mix of architecture from recent decades. This district has a very good infrastructure as well as numerous shopping facilities and service companies. It is a popular residential area for different generations.
