The project involved fitting out a hotel with 101 rooms and 19 suites, with a project duration of between 2 and 6 weeks. The order included the delivery and installation of a total of 500 interior doors and 125 room entrance doors, which were designed as soundproof doors with a sound insulation value of Rw, P = 45 dB.
About the project
It is particularly noteworthy that many of the doors were versions in climate class III and were finished with water-resistant materials and a special surface structure with special paint to meet the requirements for quality and durability.
The diversity of this order was reflected in the different door designs: These belonged to single-sash, double-sash and double-acting doors as well as swing/sliding door combinations and four-sash sliding doors with louvre panels. The surfaces of the doors were available in different variants, including American walnut stained, white lacquered oak, grey lacquered oak, smoked oak, French walnut stained and opaque lacquered in white lacquer and Pearl Light Grey.
Another notable detail was the double-sided reversible panel doors or the version of the panel doors with panels, which gave the doors an additional aesthetic dimension and emphasized the flexibility of the design.
