The project involved fitting out a hotel with 268 luxurious rooms and suites as well as 100 flats. The order included the delivery and installation of a total of 1,100 interior doors.

About the project

For the hotel rooms, 268 access doors were fitted as fire and smoke protection doors, with a sound insulation rating of Rw, P = 45 dB. The doors were produced from dark-stained curly maple and adorned with an elegant metal inlay. In addition, 268 sliding bathroom doors were installed, which stood out due to their asymmetrical surface – on one side, a flush-mounted mirror was integrated, which was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The 100 apartments were also fitted with entrance doors designed as fire and smoke protection doors with a sound insulation rating of Rw, P = 45 dB. Some of the interior doors in the apartments were also designed as damp-proof doors to meet the specific requirements of wet areas. This well-thought-out door concept combines the highest safety standards, functionality and a luxurious design that is perfectly matched to the hotel’s exclusive fittings.
