The project comprised the fit-out of a hotel with a capacity of 87 double rooms, 5 family rooms, 25 junior suites and 8 suites.

About the project

The order involved the supply and installation of a total of 450 doors. These included room entrance doors, which were designed as soundproof doors with a value of Rw, P = 45 dB, as well as a large number of multifunctional doors. These combined fire and smoke protection according to the standards T30 RS-1 EI230 C5 and T30 RS-2 EI230 C5.

The doors stood out thanks to an exclusive surface finish of cross-veneered larch with a maximum annual ring width of 5 mm. The surface was heavily brushed, honey-coloured limed and lacquered, creating a warm yet high-quality appearance.

The door frames were produced as lining frames with a block frame appearance and fitted to the wall panelling with a cladding depth of 40 mm. Skirting boards with a thickness of 38 mm harmoniously integrated the doors into the room concept and emphasised their perfect integration into the hotel’s sophisticated design.
