The project comprised the fit-out of a hotel with a capacity of 87 double rooms, 5 family rooms, 25 junior suites and 8 suites.

About the project

The order included the delivery and installation of a total of 450 doors. These included room entrance doors, which were versioned as soundproof doors with a value of Rw, P = 45 dB, as well as a larger number of multifunctional doors. These combined fire and smoke protection in accordance with the T30 RS-1 EI230 C5 and T30 RS-2 EI230 C5 standards.

The doors were characterised by an exclusive surface made of cross-veneered larch with a maximum annual ring width of 5 mm. The surface was heavily brushed, honey-coloured limewashed and lacquered, creating a warm and high-quality look.

The door frames were manufactured as lining frames with a block frame look and fitted to the wall panelling with a cladding depth of 40 mm. Skirting boards with a thickness of 38 mm closed the doors harmoniously into the room concept and emphasised the perfect integration into the upscale design of the hotel.
