Non-executive member of the Board of Directors since April 17, 2015. Owner and CEO of the Franke / Artemis Group since 1989; 1989 - 2012 CEO of the Franke Group, since 2013 CEO of Artemis Holding AG and its global Group companies. Michael Pieper controls the largest shareholder of Arbonia (see section 1.2).
Michael Pieper has never belonged to the direction of Arbonia or any of the Group companies. He has no significant business relationships with Arbonia or its Group companies.
