Elegance and history at Hochmeisterplatz
The very address of the “Am Hochmeisterplatz” complex promises first-class quality. The site, situated on the square of the same name in the heart of Berlin, is named after the highest-ranking dignitaries of the Teutonic Order – the Grand Masters. From the outside, the building captivates with its bright, classical and stately style, reminiscent of the sophisticated city palaces of Paris. Inside, elegant and exceptionally high-quality fittings enhance the foyers and apartments.
The U-shaped new building on Hochmeisterplatz has been constructed on the site of a former post office, based on designs by the renowned architectural firm Hilmer Sattler Architekten Ahlers Albrecht.
The complex’s 114 premium apartments impress with their imposing architecture in the classical style, state-of-the-art facilities and truly prime views – overlooking the extensive park. Thanks to the property’s southerly orientation, residents enjoy unobstructed views of the greenery stretching as far as the Hochmeisterkirche in Halensee, in the north of Berlin-Wilmersdorf.

The architecture of the complex is reminiscent of the extravagant Parisian townhouses, which impress with their varied, simply white-painted façades featuring projections and recesses, balconies, bay windows and turquoise copper roofs. These design elements are reflected in a modern interpretation in the plans drawn up by the architectural firm responsible for the project. The result is a timelessly elegant façade with a touch of Parisian nobility.
Inside, elegant foyers, furnished with busts by Berlin-based artist Robert Metzkes, create a distinctive entrance. The areas of the 2- to 7-room flats vary from 55 to 248 m² and offer the option of flexible floor plans. The comfortable residential units are characterised by light-flooded rooms and a special, individual design.

The benchmark for white-painted doors
The 2,230 mm high door panels in the MODENA series, available in a solid version or with a glass insert in sandblasted ESG matt glass featuring a clear border all round, as an internal sliding door or double-leaf door, have been fitted with a square frame (55/22) and concealed TECTUS door hinges.
In addition to the technical advantages of the concealed door hinge systems, the flush-fitting MODENA door elements create a flush-to-wall and linear appearance. A perfect match with the angular milling of the panels and flush glazing beads.
In the PRIMO collection, the exceptionally bright ‘Exklusiv’ white lacquer finish – similar to RAL 9016 – is combined with a two-stage recessed panel design featuring a pronounced 3 mm V-groove. This V-groove runs horizontally across the entire door leaf, reflecting the distinctive extravagance of this door collection. To complement the PRIMO door range, two-stage PRIMO frames with a 100 mm cladding width and a small rounded edge were used.
The “Am Hochmeisterplatz” interior design concept features various models from the PRIMO series: PRIMO white-lacquered doors with glazed panels, available as solid-panel versions or as sliding doors that run flush with the wall, as well as double-leaf doors. What makes the glazed-panel versions special are the flush-mounted glazing beads and the elegant satin-finished glass design with a clear border running all the way round. A windbreak element with a clear float glass door creates a dignified entrance to these special living spaces.
In addition to their aesthetic appeal, all white-lacquered doors are fitted with dimensionally stable Kerto stabilisers and three-part hinges. They comply with Climate Class 2, which ensures that they can withstand temperature fluctuations and maintain their shape.
