We live sustainability responsibly

Sustainable production through certified standards

Sustainability is a real concern for us and is lived as part of our corporate culture. The company not only uses sustainable raw materials in the manufacturing process, but is also committed to optimising production processes.

Our doors are produced with the highest precision and quality by modern, computer-controlled machines in various factories in Europe. CO2 emissions are saved by not importing raw materials. The fabricated raw materials are certified by FSC®, PEFC and the Eco-Institut label. These stand for a sustainable approach to the forest ecosystem, fair treatment of forest managers and healthy living.

We use energy - efficiently and in an environmentally friendly way

We are ISO 50001 certified. This standard stands for systematic energy management within companies, and in order to carry this certificate, it is necessary to continuously reduce energy costs and CO2 emissions. This is a challenge for contractors that we face anew every year. "The company uses energy efficiently, both in terms of size and on a small scale," explains Marco Müller, Head of Central Development/Construction. "Instead of normal lights, for example, we use LEDs in our factory. We also ask our employees to switch off the lights in their offices when they are not needed. Our annual energy targets are precisely formulated and recorded using automated tracking. This allows us to optimise our processes on a permanent basis."

Sustainability through quality

Thanks to their high quality, our doors and door frames last for 20 to 30 years. In the home, the useful life is sometimes shorter. New living trends play a major role here. And people like variety in their lives. We are always at the front of trends and innovations. Thanks to standardisation across the entire product range, doors with the same casing can then be exchanged according to taste. This allows us to strike a balance between sustainability and individuality and ensures that doors fit the client and their individual taste perfectly.
