With a varied training programme, PRÜM has set itself the task of conveying door knowledge for all target groups and different levels of knowledge in a clear and understandable way. Whether digital or analogue on site at the training and education centre in Weinsheim: we offer you the right learning framework for the topics of your choice.
With expertise, practical knowledge and enthusiasm for the world of doors, our team knows how to impress in our training courses. In addition to our seminar leader Markus Bauer, Michael Bücking, Ronald Enskat and Kerstin Seidel conduct the seminars.
Markus Bauer
Markus Bauer is a seminar leader at PRÜM and has been with the company since 2003. As a trained wood mechanic and master carpenter with several years of experience in internal sales, he has been helping to pass on the complex and training-intensive world of doors in a targeted and practical manner since January 2018. As a long-standing door expert, he knows the answers to specialised questions about doors and frames.
Michael Bücking
Michael Bücking is also a trained master carpenter and a qualified wood technology engineer.He is also a technical advisor at the North Rhine-Westphalia Carpentry Trade Association, where he has been the new managing director since January 2021. As a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the carpentry trade, he knows the door world inside out.
Ronald Enskat
Ronald Enskat is the responsible training manager at Heinrich König & Co. KG. With practice-oriented knowledge and valuable tips from everyday life, he is at your disposal as a member of our training team.
Kerstin Seidel
Kerstin Seidel is the owner of communication consulting Seidel with many years of experience as a trainer, consultant and coach. She also works as a trainer for the Trier Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Her seminar focus is on sales and management training.
Back on site: face-to-face training courses are possible again
Since the end of September, our face-to-face training courses have been allowed to take place again with a suitable hygiene concept and in compliance with the Corona rules. In our training and exhibition centre, we offer the right setting for successful and informative events on all aspects of doors and frames.In an appealing ambience, we present a wide range of topics relating to door and door technology with detailed equipment on 650 square metres. Two modern training rooms with state-of-the-art media technology are also available to convey theoretical seminar content well. In our seminars, we combine theoretical lectures with the best possible integration of practical examples from the door exhibition.

Digital training in real time - the LIVE webinars from PRÜM
The LIVE webinars already bear their special feature in their name: they take place as digital meetings in real time. This is the perfect time to interact directly with our webinar leader. Beginners receive basic knowledge in our BASIC LIVE webinars and in-depth knowledge is imparted in the PROFI LIVE webinar series.
The recordings of the LIVE webinars are then available to you in the login area for specialist dealers in the video webinars.

LIVE webinars that inspire - this idea has a high priority in PRÜM's LIVE webinar programme. Our statistics show just how successful this concept is: the digital PRÜM training series in October and November 2021 received 94 per cent positive feedback and a rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars.
