GARANT glass doors are available in a large selection and in various designs. There are 35 different glass door designs in the new range of all-glass doors. With ten laser, 12 screen-printed models and 13 ornamental glass designs, every customer will find something to suit their taste. Whether clear lines or floral shapes - it is the combination of proven and highly innovative technology that makes the all-glass programme so attractive.
GARANT uses state-of-the-art laser systems that enable fine glass engravings and impress with their clarity and brilliance. Due to the surface fusion at the high temperatures of the laser, the glass is engraved and fused at the same time. This makes the lasered glass area resistant to dirt. Due to its precision, the laser printing process is particularly suitable for fine lines and gradients down to the micro-millimetre range. As pixels can be placed very close together in this process, allowing surfaces to be made darker or more transparent, unique colour gradients, three-dimensional shapes and shading are created that can reflect light in a very special way.
The screen printing process, on the other hand, is used for large-scale satinised glass designs. The printing ink is printed onto the glass through a fine mesh. In areas of the mesh where, according to the printed image, no colour is desired, the mesh openings are made correspondingly narrow and therefore impermeable to colour. The ceramic colours used in this process are fused to the glass, making the colour print weather- and UV-resistant as well as abrasion- and scratch-proof.
